“On Monday afternoon, Nov. 24, the Jackson County Board of Elections conducted a recount of votes in the contest for Lick Township trustee — and there was no change in the outcome. Incumbent Trustee Steve Willis edged challenger Bobby Haislop for one of the two trustee positions on this year’s Nov. 4 General Election ballot. Willis received 177 votes and Haislop 176.”
